Join us on September 5th and 6th at the Venue at Westwind in North Little Rock for our annual conference!
This year’s agenda features a dozen presentations on the theme: From Puberty to Parenthood: Building a Path to Optimal Health for Girls and Young Women. Topics include: adolescent contraception, postpartum depression, neonatal opioid withdrawal, menstrual health, and more. Check out the full agenda below!
This year we are also partnering with the Pediatric Infectious Disease Conference, so you have the opportunity to meet even more providers!

Where is the conference? The Venue at Westwind. 7318 Windsong Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72113
When is the conference? ARAAP’s conference will begin Friday, September 5th at 12 pm and end at 12:45 pm on Saturday, September 6th. The Pediatric Infectious Disease Conference will begin on Saturday, September 6th at 1:30 pm and end at 12 pm on Sunday, September 7th. Please note that there will be no vendors on Sunday, September 7th. You can review ARAAP’s and Pediatric Infectious Disease’s full agendas above which includes all of the presentations and vendor times.
When can I set up my booth? You can set up on Thursday, September 4th from 11 am to 2 pm or on Friday, September 5th from 9 am to 11 am.
Will there be meals? Yes. You will receive a boxed lunch on Friday, September 5th, a boxed breakfast and lunch on Saturday, September 6th. Vendors are also welcome to stay open during the evening reception on Friday, September 5th.
Is there parking? Yes. There is plenty of free parking at the Venue at Westwind.
